A Story of Resilience: An economic and real estate analysis of Lachine-Est, QC.

This was the first half of a team studio project that involved a comprehensive situational analysis for the study area in Lachine. Our group was responsible for researching the economic and real estate challenges and opportunities the area offered, which would ultimately inform strategies for developing a master plan.
