Knowledge of Relevant Documents, Policies and Procedures
 

•Perceptively interprets survey plans, architectural drawings, maps and legislation, especially Parts IV and V of the Ontario Heritage Act and Regulation 9/06 regarding the designation of properties

•Developed a series of mini-guides providing advice on how to restore and repair historic windows and for applying for heritage designation with the City of Ottawa

•Led and managed a team to create commercial street improvement strategy

•Reviewed, evaluated and made recommendations on development applications for impact on conservation districts, individually designated properties and World Heritage Resources
