Designing the Future of Commercial Streets

As part of a team, we developed a neighborhood retail street improvement strategy for two commercial areas in Westmount, a small borough just outside Montreal. The project involved a public consultation, situational analysis of the area and review of best practices in planning, urban design and policy. We analyzed many policies and programs in Canada and abroad, which ultimately informed several strategies for our client.
