Lachine en Lumiere: A comprehensive master plan for Lachine-Est, QC.

As part of a team, we created and designed a comphrensive master plan for the borough of Lachine. After extensive analysis of the challenges and opportunities the area offered, my team identified that what was missing was a significant draw. We capitalized on this by developing a long term plan centred around Montreal's already successful film scene.
